Are the BMW X6 headlights adjustable?

I recently purchased a BMW X6 and I noticed that the headlights seem to be pointing too low. Is there a way to adjust the headlights to increase visibility on the road?

To adjust the headlights, locate the adjustment screws on the back of the headlight assembly. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to turn the screws in the desired direction.
