My BMW navigation system is not working properly and I want to reset it. What is the process for resetting the navigation system?
ReplyTo reset your BMW navigation system, press and hold the iDrive knob and the menu button simultaneously for 10 seconds or until the BMW logo appears. Then release the buttons and the system will restart.
Another way to reset your BMW navigation system is to disconnect the battery for at least 5 minutes. This will reset all electrical systems including the navigation system. Just make sure to have your radio code handy.
