How do I activate the laser head-up display in my BMW i8?

I'm driving my new BMW i8 and I want to know how to activate the laser head-up display. I've read the manual but I'm still struggling to find the settings. Can you help me out?

First, make sure your laser head-up display is properly equipped and activated. Then, go to your iDrive settings and navigate to the ‘Displays’ section. From here, select the ‘Head-Up Display’ option and scroll down to the ‘Laser Head-Up Display’ option. Make sure it is set to ‘On’ and you should see your laser head-up display in action!
