1. Locate the headrest on the driver or passenger seat. It should be at the top of the seat, closest to your head.
2. Gently pull the headrest upward to unlock it.
3. While still holding the headrest up, adjust it to your desired height.
4. Once in the correct position, release the headrest and it will lock into place.
