How do I adjust the seat height in a BMW X3?

I recently purchased a BMW X3 and I'm having trouble adjusting the height of the driver's seat. Can anyone provide instructions on how to do this?

To adjust the seat height in a BMW X3, first locate the seat adjustment controls on the side of the seat. Press and hold the up or down button to raise or lower the seat to your desired height.

Another way to adjust the seat height is by using the memory function. Set your preferred seat height and press and hold the corresponding memory button until you hear a beep. You can then easily retrieve your preferred seat height by pressing the memory button again.
