How do I adjust the seat height in my BMW 1 Series?

I recently purchased a BMW 1 Series and I'm having trouble finding the seat height adjustment controls. Can anyone help me locate them?

Adjusting the seat height in a BMW 1 Series is simple. Look for the controls on the side of the seat and use them to raise or lower the seat as needed.

I had the same issue when I first got my BMW 1 Series. The seat height controls are actually located on the bottom of the seat near the front. Just pull up on the lever to adjust the height.
