How do I adjust the suspension on my BMW X6?

I've noticed that my BMW X6's suspension is feeling a bit bouncy. Is there a way for me to adjust it to make it smoother?

Another option is to manually adjust the suspension by using the shock absorbers located in the front and rear of the car. You can use a special tool to loosen or tighten the shock absorbers to your liking.
