How do I change my BMW X5's oil?

I am planning on changing my BMW X5's oil by myself instead of taking it to a mechanic. Can someone please guide me through the process step by step?

First, make sure you have all the necessary tools and supplies such as oil filter, oil pan, wrench, and new oil. Park your car on a flat surface and let it cool down. Locate the oil filter and drain plug underneath the car. Use the wrench to loosen the drain plug and let the old oil drain into the pan. Once all the old oil has been drained, replace the drain plug and remove the old oil filter. Install the new oil filter and then refill the engine with the recommended amount of new oil. Finally, start your car and let it run for a few minutes before checking the oil level and adjusting if needed.
