I've noticed that the air in my BMW X7 is not as clean as it used to be. I suspect it's because the air filter needs to be changed. How do I go about doing this?
ReplyFirst, locate the air filter housing which is typically located near the engine. It should have a air intake tube connected to it. Then, remove the cover of the air filter housing by unscrewing it or pulling on it depending on the model of your X7. Carefully take out the old air filter and replace it with a new one. Make sure the new filter is the correct size and fits snugly into the housing. Put the cover back on and secure it. You may also want to clean the air intake tube with a clean cloth or brush before replacing the filter.
