How do I change the headlights on my BMW 5 Series?

I recently noticed that one of my headlights on my BMW 5 Series is starting to dim and I want to replace it. Can someone guide me through the process of changing the headlights on my car?

First, make sure you have the correct replacement headlight for your specific BMW 5 Series model. Then, open the hood of your car and locate the back of the headlight assembly.
