How do I check the oil level in a BMW X6?

I just bought a pre-owned BMW X6 and I'm not sure how to check the oil level. Can anyone provide guidance on where to find the dipstick and how to properly check the oil level? Thanks in advance!

To check the oil level in a BMW X6, you first need to locate the dipstick, which is usually on the right side of the engine. Once you find it, pull it out and wipe it clean with a cloth. Then, insert it back into the dipstick tube and pull it out again. You will see two marks on the dipstick, the lower mark indicates the minimum oil level and the upper mark indicates the maximum oil level. If the oil level is below the minimum mark, you need to add more oil.
