How do I disable automatic engine start/stop in a BMW X7?

I find the automatic engine start/stop feature in my BMW X7 to be annoying and I would like to turn it off. Is there a way to disable this feature?

To disable automatic engine start/stop in your BMW X7, simply press the corresponding button located next to the gear shift lever. This will turn off the feature completely and it will not activate again until you manually turn it back on.
