Sunroofs can often get stuck due to debris or dirt blocking the tracks. Try clearing out any debris and see if that helps.

Sometimes the sunroof motor can malfunction and cause it to get stuck. If clearing out debris doesn't work, you may need to take it to a mechanic to get it checked.

I had a similar issue with my BMW X3's sunroof and found out that there was a faulty switch causing it to get stuck. It's best to take it to a certified BMW mechanic to get it fixed.
