How do I maintain the BMW M1 engine?

I recently purchased a BMW M1 and want to make sure I am properly maintaining the engine. What should be included in regular maintenance and how often should it be done?

Regular maintenance for the BMW M1 engine includes changing the oil every 7,500 miles, replacing air filters every 15,000 miles, and checking the spark plugs every 30,000 miles.

I recommend also checking the coolant level and replacing the coolant every 2 years or 30,000 miles, whichever comes first. This will ensure optimal engine performance and prevent overheating.
