How do I prolong the battery life of my BMW iX3?

I just bought a BMW iX3 and I want to make sure I'm taking care of the battery properly to extend its lifespan. Any tips or advice on how to do this?

First, make sure to only charge your battery when it is below 80%, as fully charging it can put unnecessary strain on the cells. Also, try to avoid rapid charging and charge at a slower rate whenever possible.

Another way to prolong the battery life is to not let it sit at either extreme temperature, hot or cold, for too long. If you live in a very hot or cold climate, consider storing your car in a temperature-controlled garage.
