ReplyYou can try resetting the navigation system by pressing and holding down the power button for 10 seconds. This will force the system to restart.
If that doesn't work, you may need to perform a hard reset by disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes. Just make sure to have your radio code handy as it may reset as well.
