How do I reset the BMW iX's infotainment system?

I've been having some issues with the infotainment system in my BMW iX and I wanted to know how to reset it. Sometimes it freezes or doesn't respond to touch, and I'm not sure what to do. Can anyone provide some advice on how to reset it?
