How do I reset the BMW X3 infotainment system?

I'm having trouble with the infotainment system in my BMW X3. It's not responding to any of my commands and the screen is frozen. How can I reset it?

Hi Samantha, to reset the infotainment system in your BMW X3, try holding down the power button for 10 seconds until the system restarts. If that doesn't work, you may need to disconnect the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it.
