How do I reset the BMW X7's navigation system?

I've been having issues with my BMW X7's navigation system. It keeps giving me incorrect directions and I'm not sure how to fix it. Can someone please help me reset it?

To reset the navigation system in your BMW X7, press and hold the iDrive knob for about 20 seconds. This will reboot the system and should fix any issues you're having.
