I recently purchased a BMW i7 and I noticed that the EV range display is not accurately reflecting the battery life. How can I reset this display?
ReplyTo reset the EV range display, press and hold the trip button located on the left side of the instrument panel. Keep holding until the display clears and then release the button.
Another way to reset the display is to disconnect the negative terminal of the 12-volt battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it. This will reset all of the car's systems and should fix any display issues.
