How do I reset the navigation system in my BMW i7?

I recently purchased a used BMW i7 and the previous owner did not reset the navigation system. How can I do this myself without going to a dealership?

To reset the navigation system in your BMW i7, you will need to access the iDrive menu. From there, go to Settings and then System. Under System, choose Reset Navigation System and follow the on-screen prompts. This should reset the system and clear any previous owner's information.
