How do I reset the navigation system on my BMW i7?

My navigation system has been acting up and I can't seem to figure out how to reset it. Any tips?

First, try holding down the power button for 10 seconds to see if that resets the system. If not, you may need to perform a factory reset which can be done in the settings menu.
