How do I reset the oil change indicator on my BMW 1 series?

I recently changed my oil on my BMW 1 Series, but the oil change indicator is still showing. How do I reset it?

To reset the oil change indicator, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Press and hold the odometer reset button until the indicator flashes and then let go.
