To reset the service indicator on your BMW 6 Series, start by turning on the ignition without starting the engine. Then, hold down the odometer reset button for about 10 seconds until you see a triangle with an exclamation mark inside appear on your display. Release the button and press and hold it again until you see 'Reset' displayed. Once 'Reset' appears, press and hold the button again until a message appears confirming the reset.

Another way to reset the service indicator on your BMW 6 Series is to turn the ignition on and then press the odometer reset button until 'Reset' appears. Once 'Reset' appears, press and hold the button again until a message appears confirming the reset. This method works for most BMW models, but it's always a good idea to check your owner's manual for specific instructions.

If the above methods don't work for you, you can also try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This should reset the service indicator on your BMW 6 Series. However, keep in mind that you may need your radio code after reconnecting the battery.
