To reset the service interval on your BMW M5, you will need to access the onboard computer. First, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Then, press and hold the 'Odo/Trip' button on the instrument cluster until 'reset' appears. Release the button, then press and hold it again until 'service reset?' appears. Release the button and press it once more to confirm the reset. Your service interval should now be reset.

Another way to reset the service interval on your BMW M5 is to use the iDrive system. From the main menu, go to 'Vehicle Status' and then 'Service Required'. Next, select 'Service Interval' and then 'Reset'. Confirm the reset when prompted. Keep in mind that this method may vary depending on your specific BMW model and year.

If you're not comfortable resetting the service interval yourself, you can always bring your BMW M5 to a certified mechanic. They will have the proper tools and knowledge to reset the service interval for you. Just make sure to schedule an appointment and bring any necessary paperwork.
