To reset the service light on your BMW 1 Series, follow these steps: 1. Turn on the ignition, but do not start the engine. 2. I had the same issue with my BMW 1 Series and found that simply disconnecting the battery for a few minutes did the trick. Just make sure you have your radio code handy before doing so.
