How do I reset the service light on my BMW X7?

I recently took my BMW X7 in for service and had the standard maintenance performed. However, the service light on my dashboard is still on. How do I reset it?

To reset the service light on your BMW X7, first press and hold the trip reset button on your instrument cluster. While holding the button, turn the key to the 'On' position. Continue holding the button until the service indicator light begins to flash. Release the button and press and hold it again until the service light resets.
