How do I reset the service warning on my BMW iX?

I'm the proud owner of a BMW iX, but I'm not sure how to reset the service warning that keeps appearing on my dashboard. Can someone please give me step-by-step instructions on how to do this?

Hi Emily! To reset the service warning on your BMW iX, you'll need to follow these steps: 1. Turn the ignition on (do not start the engine) 2. Press and hold the odometer reset button until the word 'Reset?' is displayed 3. Release the button and then press it again until the menu item 'Reset' is highlighted 4. Press and hold the button again until the service menu appears 5. Use the button to navigate to the 'Service' indicator and press it to reset the service warning. Hope this helps!

Hi Emily! I had the same issue with my BMW iX and I found this helpful video tutorial on YouTube. The steps are slightly different depending on the model year of your car, so make sure to check the comments for additional tips. Good luck!

Hey Emily, I've been driving a BMW iX for a few years now and here's a pro tip - instead of resetting the service warning, why not schedule a service appointment at an authorized BMW dealership? They can run a full diagnostic and make sure everything is running smoothly. In the long run, it could save you time and money. Just a suggestion!
