Emma, the tire pressure monitor system can be reset by driving your BMW 2 Series at speeds above 20 mph for at least 10 minutes. This should allow the system to recalibrate and accurately display the new tire pressure.

C

You can also reset the tire pressure monitor system by using the iDrive menu in your BMW 2 Series. Go to the Vehicle Status menu and select 'Reset' under the Tire Pressure option. This should also recalibrate the system.

In some cases, the system may still give incorrect readings even after resetting it. If this happens, it is best to have the system checked by a mechanic to ensure there are no underlying issues with the sensors or pressure valves.
