I recently had my tires replaced and now the tire pressure warning light won't turn off. How can I reset the TPMS in my BMW 7 Series?
ReplyTo reset the TPMS in your BMW 7 Series, first start the car and make sure the doors are closed. Then, press and hold the TPMS reset button, located in the glove box, until the TPMS light blinks 3 times. Release the button and drive your car for at least 20 minutes to allow the system to recalibrate. The light should turn off.
You can also try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This will reset all of your car's systems and may resolve the TPMS issue. Just remember to reset your radio presets and clock after reconnecting the battery.
