How Do You Change the Oil in a BMW M6?

I just bought a used BMW M6 and I'm not sure when the last time the oil was changed. What steps do I need to take in order to change the oil in my car? Do I need any special tools or can I do it myself?

First, gather all the necessary tools and materials such as an oil filter, oil filter wrench, oil pan, and new oil. It's also a good idea to have some rags or paper towels on hand.

Next, locate the oil drain plug underneath the car and place the oil pan underneath it. Unscrew the plug and let the old oil drain out. Don't forget to dispose of the old oil properly.

Once all the old oil has drained, replace the oil drain plug and move onto replacing the oil filter. Use the filter wrench to remove the old filter and then screw on the new one. Make sure to lubricate the gasket before installing the new filter.
