I've heard that the BMW M8 is equipped with an advanced engine cooling system. Can you explain how it works and why it's important for performance?

The M8's engine cooling system uses a combination of air and liquid cooling to regulate the engine temperature. The system operates in three modes: low, high, and sport. In low mode, the system relies on air cooling through the front grille. In high mode, the system activates an additional radiator to increase cooling capacity. And in sport mode, the system directs air directly onto the engine with the use of air vents. This level of control allows for optimal engine performance and prevents overheating even under extreme stress.
