How often should I change the oil in my BMW X7

As a proud owner of a BMW X7, it's important to maintain the engine health to ensure top performance. How often should I change the oil to keep my vehicle running smoothly?

It's recommended to change the oil every 7,500 miles or once a year, whichever comes first. However, if you frequently drive in extreme conditions such as high temperatures or stop-and-go traffic, it's recommended to change the oil more frequently, around every 5,000 miles.

I personally change the oil in my BMW X7 every 6,000 miles, just to be safe. It's better to err on the side of caution when it comes to engine maintenance.
