I just purchased a BMW i8 and I'm wondering how often I should replace the brake pads. Is there a specific mileage or timeframe I should follow?

Hello Matt, it's recommended to replace the brake pads every 40,000 miles or 3 years, whichever comes first. However, it's always a good idea to check them regularly and replace them sooner if they start to show signs of wear or decrease in performance.
