How to adjust seat position in a BMW X1?

I recently purchased a BMW X1 and I can't seem to find the right seating position for me. Can someone explain how to properly adjust the seat position in this car?

To adjust the seat position in a BMW X1, first locate the controls on the side of the seat. Use the levers to adjust the seat height, backrest angle, and seat position forward or backwards.
