How to check the engine oil level in a BMW?

I recently bought a BMW and I'm not sure how to check the engine oil level. Can someone guide me through the process and give me some tips on maintaining the proper oil level? Thanks!

Hi Jackie, first of all, congratulations on your new BMW! To check the engine oil level, park your car on level ground and turn off the engine. Open the hood and locate the engine oil dipstick. Pull it out and wipe it clean with a cloth or paper towel. Insert the dipstick back and pull it out again to see the oil level. The oil should be between the two marks on the dipstick. If it's below the bottom mark, you need to add more oil. Also, make sure to check the oil level regularly and change it according to the manufacturer's recommendations for optimal engine performance. I hope this helps!
