I just bought a BMW 5 Series and my iDrive system keeps freezing and crashing. It's becoming really frustrating, is there anything I can do to fix it or do I need to take it to a BMW dealership? Thank you.

Hey Anna, I had a similar issue with my iDrive and found that updating the software fixed it. You can do this yourself by downloading the latest software from BMW's website and following the instructions, or you can also take it to a dealership for them to do it for you.
