First, make sure to gather all the necessary tools. You will need a lug wrench, jack stands, and a C-clamp. Start by loosening the lug nuts on the wheels that need the brake pads replaced. Then jack up the car and place the jack stands under the vehicle to secure it. Use the lug wrench to remove the wheel and expose the brake caliper. Using a C-clamp, compress the caliper to make room for the new brake pads. Once the caliper is compressed, remove the old brake pads and replace them with the new ones. Then put the wheel back on and repeat for the other wheels.
