1. Turn the ignition to the 'on' position (do not start the engine).
2. Press and hold the trip odometer reset button until 'RESET?' appears.
3. Release the button, and then press and hold it again until 'RESET' flashes.
4. Release the button, and then press and hold it again until 'RESET' flashes
5. Release the button, and then press and hold it again until 'RES' appears.
6. Release the button to reset the oil life indicator.
