How to reset the navigation system in my BMW X2?

I accidentally entered the wrong navigation destination and now I can't figure out how to reset it. Can someone please help me?

To reset the navigation system in your BMW X2, press and hold the 'Nav' button on your iDrive controller for about 10 seconds. This should reset the system and allow you to enter a new destination.
