Check the coolant level and make sure it is topped up to the proper level. If the coolant level is low, it can cause the engine to overheat.

D

Another common reason for overheating is a faulty thermostat. If the thermostat is stuck closed, it will prevent the coolant from flowing properly and can cause overheating.

M

Make sure the radiator is not clogged or dirty. Over time, dirt and debris can build up in the radiator and prevent proper cooling. Use a hose to flush out any debris.
