Is the BMW M2 a reliable car for daily use?

I'm thinking about buying a BMW M2 as my new daily driver. I've heard mixed opinions about its reliability. Can someone with experience owning a BMW M2 provide some insight on this?

In my experience, the BMW M2 has been a reliable car for daily use. I've owned mine for two years now and haven't had any major issues.

I've had nothing but problems with my BMW M2. It's been in the shop more times than I can count. I would not recommend it as a daily driver.

I think it depends on how well you maintain your car. If you take care of it and follow the recommended maintenance schedule, you shouldn't have any issues.
