What are some common issues with the BMW 7 Series navigation system?

I recently purchased a BMW 7 Series and have been experiencing some difficulties with the navigation system. Sometimes it takes a long time to load, and other times it gives me incorrect directions. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any advice on how to fix it?
