I am considering purchasing a BMW M2 and I am confused about the difference between the M2 Competition and M2 CS models. Can someone explain the technical differences between the two?
ReplyThe BMW M2 Competition is powered by a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six engine while the M2 CS has a slightly more powerful version of the same engine. The M2 Competition has 405 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque while the M2 CS has 444 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque.
Both models have the option for a six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic transmission, but the M2 CS has a quicker 0-60 time of 3.8 seconds compared to the M2 Competition at 4.0 seconds.
