First, you need to download the BMW Connected app on your smartphone. Then, create an account and link it with your vehicle's VIN number. After that, you can activate the remote services from the app.

You can also activate the remote services from the iDrive system in your BMW iX3. Go to the menu and select 'ConnectedDrive'. From there, select 'Activate Remote Services' and follow the instructions on the screen.
