What causes the engine to make a clicking noise on the BMW X8?

I have noticed that my BMW X8's engine makes a clicking noise when I start the car. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's starting to worry me. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it?

The clicking noise could be caused by a variety of issues, including worn or loose engine components or low oil levels. It's best to have a mechanic inspect your car to determine the exact cause.

Make sure you are using the recommended oil for your BMW X8 and keep up with regular oil changes. Also, check for any loose or worn engine components that may need to be replaced.
