What is the best oil for a high-performance BMW M6 engine?

I recently purchased a BMW M6 and I want to make sure I am using the best oil for its high-performance engine. What type of oil would you recommend and why?

I would recommend using a fully synthetic oil with a viscosity of 5W-30 or 10W-60 for your BMW M6. Synthetic oils provide better protection and performance for high-performance engines like the M6. Also, make sure to check that the oil meets BMW's LL-01 specification.

I've been using a semi-synthetic oil with a viscosity of 10W-40 in my BMW M6 and have had no issues so far. However, I do recommend following the manufacturer's recommendations for oil type and viscosity for optimal performance and engine longevity.

From my personal experience, I highly recommend using a fully synthetic oil with a viscosity of 5W-40 for your BMW M6. It provides excellent protection and performance for high-performance engines, and also helps with reduced oil consumption.
