What is the best oil to use for a BMW M6?

I've recently bought a BMW M6 and I want to make sure I am using the best oil for my car. What type of oil should I use and how often should I change it?

The best oil for a BMW M6 would be the brand recommended by the manufacturer. In this case, BMW recommends using BMW TwinPower Turbo LL01 5W-40 engine oil. As for the frequency of oil changes, it is recommended to change the oil every 7,500 miles or once a year, whichever comes first.
