What is the difference between a BMW 4 Series and a 3 Series?

I am looking to buy a new car and I am considering both the BMW 4 Series and the 3 Series. Can someone explain the technical differences between these two models?

The main difference is in the body styles - the 3 Series is available as a sedan, wagon, and GT hatchback, while the 4 Series is only available as a coupe, convertible, or Gran Coupe (a four-door coupe). Additionally, the 4 Series has a slightly sportier suspension setup and a more aggressive exterior design.

One major technical difference between the two is that the 4 Series has a longer wheelbase, which translates to a slightly more comfortable ride and more interior space. The 4 Series also has a higher starting price due to its more premium features and design elements.

If you're someone who values driving dynamics and wants a more athletic and engaging driving experience, the 4 Series would be a better choice. However, if you prioritize practicality and value a spacious interior and cargo space, the 3 Series may be the better option for you.
