The main difference between the BMW M760i and M760i xDrive is the drivetrain. The M760i comes with rear-wheel drive, while the xDrive version has all-wheel drive. So if you live in an area with harsh weather conditions, the xDrive might be a better choice for you.

Another difference between these two models is the price. The xDrive version is slightly more expensive due to the added AWD system. However, if you're looking for better traction and handling, it might be worth the extra cost.

In terms of performance, both the M760i and M760i xDrive have the same 6.6-liter V12 engine that produces 601 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. So you can expect similar acceleration and top speed from both models.
